Crumble the wafers in a freezer bag and fill into 5 little glasses. Sprinkle the juice of 1/2 a lemon over it.

Mix the creme out of the farmers cheese (Quark), yoghurt and cream cheese. Add the rest of the lemon juice and some lemon zest. Mix in the honey.

Cut the strawberries into small pieces and mix in with half of the cream. Now add the strawberry cream onto the wafers. Add the lemon creme on top. Chill until its ready to be served.
